Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm that your selected dates are available.

After we have confirmed your reservation you will be required to submit a deposit of $135 to Barney Circle via check or online via PayPal.com in order to complete the reservation.

Step 2: Wait for Confirmation of Dates from Barney Circle

The Innkeeper will contact you to verify the dates that you have selected.

Step 3: Submit Deposit to Barney Circle via Mail or PayPal

Upon receipt we will confirm the completed reservation on the dates you have requested.

Step 4: Check-In at Barney Circle

We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, or money orders for the balance due on arrival. We do not accept credit cards. Deposits are not refundable if the reservation is canceled, however it will be applied to a future reservation, if the future reservation is within six months of the cancellation.

Please confirm the time of your arrival so that we will be here to greet you. Routinely our check-in time is after 2pm and our check-out time is prior to 11am, unless you request other arrangements, which we will happily accommodate, if possible.
